Synergy FAQs

Synergy is the brand of fuels sold at Mobil branded service stations in New Zealand. Synergy also incorporates a significant forecourt image upgrade - the first in nearly 20 years - with many innovative design elements to communicate fuel offers more consistently and effectively to consumers.
Our research told us that Synergy is the best name for Mobil's fuel brand. The Synergy starburst icon was also developed to reinforce the brand name.

Synergy, the name of our fuels, is supported by the Fuel Technology descriptor referring to our investment in technical innovation. Our research and engineering team are conducting a program of work to look for ways to improve our fuel products.

*Our Synergy petrol and diesel contain additives that provide deposit clean-up and improved fuel economy. Benefit claims for Synergy Supreme+ compare against our 91 RON fuel, and all other benefit claims are compared to ordinary unadditized fuel. More miles refers to more miles per tank.
